I am originally from Massachusetts and was planning a 40th birthday bash for my daughter. In doing a google search for a catering company Montilio's came up. After doing further research, I confirmed it was the same Montilio's from back home and they had partnered with Zildjian Catering to offer a wood fired pizza oven on-the-go food truck catering. Their packages were reasonable, coupled with Montilio's reputation, and it was a go for me. Working with Rita and Alyson to plan out the menu, etc. was a breeze and they were a pleasure to work with. The day of the event, Mark arrived on time with his crew and right off the bat they were very personable and professional. They worked with us on the set up and timing of everything. The set-up of the pizza oven and tables looked awesome, and guests were super impressed. Mark actually called the owner of Montilio's, George, to let him know we were from Massachusetts and George came right over to introduce himself. Like Mark & team, he was extremely personable. We have been hosting a summer family reunion for years This year we decided to have the Montilios on the go pizza wagon for the event. One of the better decisions we’ve made. From setup thru cleanup it was exceptional. We started with cut fruit, roasted vegetable and charcuterie platters, proceeded thru several hours of pizza service, and then those delectable pastries. Chef Marquis was a charming presence, so eager to handle all requests. What guest doesn’t like going home with a pizza and pastries. Thanks Montilios.
